My Intention:
A scared space where Divine feminine can be expressed in any form needed. To invite in only benevolent beings of healing for our highest and greatest good.
To create a space that invites all to be curious and willing to dive deeply into healing on a personal and collective level. To honor all of our ancestors that have brought us together in this space and time to heal. I invite all my guides teachers brothers and sisters of this realm and others to assist in healing and awakening in this scared space.
To give each of us the strength and courage to be our best version of ourselves one that not even us could have imagined. To be allowed grace and ease with guidance and love to move through space and time in our greatest and highest good. A safe place to rest heal express and hear all of our wisdom from within as outside and from above and below.

BodyMind Coaching:
So we can better transmute your emotional and physical pain. BodyMind Coaching is defined as an embodied conversation that is designed to give voice to the body, so that clients can live more connected within themselves and make empowered choices with their lives.
My Philosophy
My goal is to help you unplug long enough so you can once again hear and trust the divine wisdom we all carry within ourselves. For years I stayed small because I was afraid of my own greatness. Most of this was generational trauma pasted down. I watched my family deal with so many of the same issues and I chose that it was me that was supposed to break the cycle. Diving deeply into my own trauma healing I realized I have always been a healer. For 20 plus years I had been a massage therapist and in one clarifying moment I realized I was a soul healer. Massage was just one way I was able to help others hear their own voice through the physical pain. Now I invite my clients to listen to their soul that just wants to be heard. If we can get quiet enough we know exactly what we want, we just have to give ourselves permission to hear it.
